In an effort to improve browsing experience we have made major changes to EE's website.

With the customer in mind, we have launched a new version of our ticket system (nvSupport). All current and future customers will have free, 24-hour access to the ticket system. Any questions that concern any department, can be posted and the appropriate support staff will contact you through the ticket (email notifications are available).

At the top of the screen there is a Ask Support functionality, for the new visitors who have any kind of inquiry. This question is sent directly to our staff. The most popular questions will make it to our FAQ section.
