Studio Policies


Booking Your Appointment

Our Studio is by appointment only, we do not accept walk-ins, pre-book your appointment by email, phone or online.
A valid credit card is required to book your services.
Clients under the age of 18 will need a guardians approval for all services.
NVME reserves the right to change pricing at anytime without notice.
We do not allow food inside the studio or cellphone use during services.
Lash Refill Policy
All lash refills must be booked within 4 weeks of previous lash extension appointment. After 4 weeks your appointment will be considered a full set. 
You must have at least 50% lash retention to book a small fill (45 minute classic or 60 minute hybrid/volume/mega-volume) and 30% for a long fill (60 minute classic or 90 minute hybrid/volume/mega-volume). 
Anything less than 30% is considered a new set.
At NVME, we DO accept foreign fill, however we do reserve the right to refuse to fill. If we cannot work on top of the foreign lashes, we will suggest a removal and full set. If removal is necessary we cannot guarantee a full set appointment on the same day. If you have had a fill at another studio please book a long fill (60 minute classic or 90 minute hybrid/volume/mega-volume)

Cancellations

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact us and we will accommodate you the best we can. However if you are more then 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, NVME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and our cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Fee

If you are unable to cancel before the 24 hour period you may be subjected to our cancellation/no-show policy. In order to rebook your appointment you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of the price of your service.

Refunds

At NVME we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services, but due to many factors, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any service. We do not provide refunds,however if you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Visitors Policy

At NVME, we want our clients to have a relaxing experience. In order to keep the zen environment, we ask that you do not bring friends or children to your appointment.

Pets

Due to health and safety pets are not allowed inside the
studio.
