Booking Your Appointment

Our Studio is by appointment only. Please pre-book your appointment by email, phone or online.
A valid credit card is required to book your services.
Clients under the age of 18 will need a guardians approval for all services.

NVME reserves the right to change pricing at anytime without notice.
We do not allow food inside the studio or cellphone use during services.


Lash Refill Policy


All lash refills must be booked within 4 weeks of previous lash extension appointment (AT NVME-please see foreign fill policy). After 4 weeks, your appointment will be considered a full set. 

Please see this timing guide before booking your lash refill:

45 Minute Refill: Book within 7 days of previous lash refill. Meant for a quick touch up.

60 Minute Refill:  Book within 14 days of previous lash refill. Must have at least 40% of lashes remaining.

75 Minute Refill: Book within 21 days of previous lash refill. Must have at least 30% of lashes remaining. 
90 Minute Refill: Book within 28 days of previous lash refill. Must have at least 20% of lashes remaining. 
If you are not sure how much time you need, please book more time, just incase.


Foreign Refills

We DO accept foreign fill, however we do reserve the right to refuse to fill if we cannot work on top of the foreign lashes.  In that case, will suggest a removal and full set. If removal is necessary we cannot guarantee a full set appointment on the same day. If you have had a fill at another studio please book the longest fill time ( 90 minute refill)

Lash Packages

Lash Packages will be subjected to the same policies as regular refills and foreign fills. If you book outside of your pre paid package you will be required to pay for that service.

Cancellations, Lateness and No-Shows

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact us and we will accommodate you the best we can. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will complete your appointment in the remaining time, and you will be charged the original service price. However in some cases where we cannot complete your service within the remaining time, NVME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and our cancellation fees will apply.

If you no show your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your service.

Cancellation Fee


If you are unable to cancel before the 24 hour period you may be subjected to our cancellation fee which is 50% of the service amount. Our no-show policy is 100% of the service amount.

Refunds


We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services, but due to many factors, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any service. We do not provide refunds on services. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will book you in for a complementary fix. 


Visitors Policy

At NVME, we want our clients to have a relaxing experience. In order to keep the zen environment, we ask that you do not bring friends or children to your appointment.


Pets

Due to health and safety standard pets are not allowed inside the
studio. Service animals are accepted.
