Studio Policies
Booking Your Appointment
Our Studio is by appointment only. Please pre-book your appointment by email, phone or online.
A valid credit card is required to book your services.
Clients under the age of 18 will need a guardians approval for all services.
NVME reserves the right to change pricing at anytime without notice.
We do not allow food inside the studio or cellphone use during services.
Lash Refill Policy
All lash refills must be booked within 4 weeks of previous lash extension appointment. After 4 weeks, your appointment will be considered a full set.
Please see this timing guide before booking your lash refill:
Classic Refill 45 minutes, Hybrid Refill 60 minutes, Volume Refill 60 minutes, Mega Volume Refill 60 minutes: Book within 14 days of previous lash refill. Must have at least 50% of lashes remaining.
Classic Refill 60 minutes, Hybrid Refill 75 minutes, Volume Refill 75 minutes, Mega Volume Refill 75 minutes: Book within 21 days of previous lash refill. Must have at least 30% of lashes remaining.
Classic Refill 75 minutes, Hybrid Refill 90 minutes, Volume Refill 90 minutes, Mega Volume Refill 90 minutes: Book within 28 days of previous lash refill. Must have at least 30% of lashes remaining.
If you are not sure how much time you need, please book more time, just incase.
Foreign Refills
We DO accept foreign fill, however we do reserve the right to refuse to fill if we cannot work on top of the foreign lashes. In that case, will suggest a removal and full set. If removal is necessary we cannot guarantee a full set appointment on the same day. If you have had a fill at another studio please book the longest fill time (75 minute classic or 90 minute hybrid/volume/mega-volume)
Cancellations, Lateness and No-Shows
We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact us and we will accommodate you the best we can. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will complete your appointment in the remaining time, and you will be charged the original service price. However in some cases where we cannot complete your service within the remaining time, NVME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and our cancellation fees will apply.
If you no show your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your service.
Cancellation Fee
If you are unable to cancel before the 24 hour period you may be subjected to our cancellation/no-show policy which is 100% of the service amount.
Refunds
We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services, but due to many factors, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any service. We do not provide refunds on services. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will book you in for a complementary fix.
Visitors Policy
At NVME, we want our clients to have a relaxing experience. In order to keep the zen environment, we ask that you do not bring friends or children to your appointment.
Pets
Due to health and safety standard pets are not allowed inside the
studio. Service animals are accepted.
