Booking Your Appointment
Our Studio is by appointment only, we do not accept walk-ins, pre-book your appointment by email, phone or online.
A valid credit card is required to book your services.
Clients under the age of 18 will need a guardians approval for all services.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your schedule appointment to fill out our intake form.
NVME reserves the right to change pricing at anytime without notice. If you have booked your appointment prior to price changes, we will honour the original pricing.
We do not allow food inside the studio or cellphone use during services.
All first time clients who book lash services, brow lamination or semi-permanent cosmetics, are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit before confirming your appointment. This deposit will go towards the cost of your service.
All returning clients who book FULL lash sets, lash lift and tint, brow lamination or semi-permanent cosmetics will be required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Once you have booked your service we will send you a deposit link where you can pay online. All deposits (excluding same day bookings) must be paid 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or NVME reserves the right to cancel your appointment.
If you cancel, are a no-show or reschedule your appointment within the 24 cancellation policy, you will forfeit your deposit.
We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact us and we will accommodate you the best we can. However if you are more then 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, NVME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and our cancellation fees will apply.
If you are unable to cancel before the 24 hour period you will be subjected to our cancellation/no-show fee, which is the full amount of the scheduled services charged to the credit card on file.
At NVME we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services, but due to many factors, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any service. We do not provide refunds,however if you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
At NVME, we want our clients to have a relaxing experience. In order to keep the zen environment, we ask that you do not bring friends or children to your appointment.
